Excellent staff and doctors!!.
Horrible customer service experience. I went for an eye exam and tried on numerous frames. I ended up getting some sort of eye infection afterwards. My eye is swollen, itchy, and irritated. Prior to this, my eye was fine. When I brought this up to the store manager and service department, they acted as if this was unheard of. When asked if the eye doctor could look at my eye, they told me I would need to pay AGAIN. After expressing why I don’t think I should pay, the manager asked me if I would like to go somewhere else. Came in for the first time. Everyone was friendly and each sitting was quick! Thank you for making something awkward, a little less awkward for me!
I recommend getting your eyes examined by professionals and getting your glasses with the help of the staff they are very helpful.
I don't have eye insurance so I hadn't seen an eye doctor in 5 years. I made my appointment with this location and everyone was so nice and helpful. I usually end up waiting weeks for my glasses to come in but they arrived in 3 days! when I picked them up the staff helped me try them on to make sure they fit and treated me like a real person. thank you so much.
My whole family buys their glasses and contacts here. The wait has never been to long and the one time I waited they gave me a 15 o/o discount on my glasses 👓!
