The dr was really rude asking why I want contacts when my glasses aren’t on at that moment. Will not be back!

Staff nice, Dr Nice.....end product the glasses....unacceptable! Not even good as the 3 yr olds I was replacing!
Been going for several yrs now..3rd or 4th set of glasses from this location. For the most part staff and dr are good but we all have our off days..The options on glasses has gotten better each time I come in..I'll be back next year for my check up..
Wonderful staff and Drs. Been going there for years and they have always been helpful and so nice.
Was given a wrong perscription by one of their eye doctors, and purchased eyeglasses and contacts based off of that. I was never given a trial pair of contacts. When I went in for a follow up appointment to confirm that my perscription was wrong, I was told that they couldn't refund or replace my contacts because I had opened the box. How would I know that I had a problem seeing out of them if I never tried them on? So now I'm out 80$ because they screwed up and don't want to fix it. I'm not sure if the bigger joke is the customer service or the frames. I've gotten several pairs of glasses from this location each time the staff was rude and each time the frames break after about a year. You don't get to be assholes and provide shoddy products. Sorry Americas "best".
Dr Amster is very condescending and arrogant. He said that my son (almost 7) was too young to understand what things are supposed to look like or know the difference between blurry and clear, and ignored half of his complaints saying he was probably just sick. We will not be returning after we pick up the glasses we ordered today. It's disappointing that he's so off-putting, because the rest of the staff was fantastic.
