I am currently utilizing a homecare service for my family, but unfortunately, the quality of the service is poor. Despite the provider's claims of making a positive impact on the community, they are not adequately assisting us.

Please stay out of this agency, they don’t have any manners whatsoever. When I went to a office visit they have negative professionalism(meaning in my case they openly eat paan and don’t take your seriously). They are never sure when to give out checks to their workers and or the amount of checks they miss to give out. It’s sad, they pay you 13$/hour for care giving and when being questioned on the raise each person will tell you something different to avoid you get that raise.
