Attended G-Dragon's concert on the 25th and it was an awesome time! However it was my first experience at the arena and hopefully my last. The staff was freaking terrible, as soon as I walk into the door they sent me to will call/gate 4 all because I had the ticket on my phone, when it could have been scanned from the get go. Went through gate 5 without any problems so it was pretty ridiculous. The other thing I don't understand the no camera issue, I was told there was no cameras allowed and had to check it in at Guest Serv... read more
RecommendedPaul McCartney, a five star show - I was on vacation and luckily in the city for this very special concert. A big shout out to the wonderful, super friendly AAA staff, especially the young man looking after door 325, who made me most welcome and improved on my nosebleed 'single' seat. I hope to be able to revisit the arena on my next Miami visit.
