This is from 2 year ago - I’ve lived there for a year and a half. I asked for so many maintenance issues. Dominic said he “fixed” them. 3 times. I begged and begged for help. Even when the shower door fell on my newly broken leg they told me it was my fault because I didn’t know how to use a shower door. Shower door, not supposed to fall on your leg at any time no matter what. My screen door was broken and I asked yet to be repaired. UPDATE New manager, Dominic, is very responsible and understanding. He takes care of the maintenance mostly the same day you put a request for. He communicates very well by email, phone, and paper notes. Aeron, the handyman is professional and has good attitude. Dominic has improved the building big. Personally I appreciate his and his team work. The manager doesn't care about maintenance that much. Also there are thieves in the building.
