UPDATE New manager, Dominic, is very responsible and understanding. He takes care of the maintenance mostly the same day you put a request for. He communicates very well by email, phone, and paper notes. Aeron, the handyman is professional and has good attitude. Dominic has improved the building big. Personally I appreciate his and his team work. The manager doesn't care about maintenance that much. Also there are thieves in the building. I had seen notes on people's doors asking postal service to not leave packages but didn... read more
