They will take your deposit and charge even more when you leave. We cleaned our place perfectly upon move out and they charged us over a grand to clean it themselves. Terrible management .
Can never get ahold of anyone via phone and the place looks like it isn’t being taken care of, building looks like it’s falling apart.
I would give 0 stars if I could. The manager is plain rude! I went to the main office to seek assistance with a screen window issue. Keep in mind it is my first night sleeping in the new apartment. However, instead of receiving the help I expected, I encountered a manager who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. DO NOT MOVE HERE. TURNING IN MONEY ORDERS MADE TO THEM AND THEY CLAIM THEY CAN NOT CASH IT. SHADY LEASING AGENTS TRYING TO SCAM AND CHANGE LEASE CONTRACT DATES. BANKS STATES MONEY ORDER WASH CASHED AFTER MONEY ORDERS WERE DROPPED OFF TO LEASING OFFICE.REFUSING TO ASSIST AND PLAYING LIKE THEY DONT KNOW NOTHING.
