Horrible management doesn’t resolve anything they recently tinted the windows in the leasing office I guess the manager can stop pretending to work since u can’t see in the leasing office they need to fire Vanessa and get a better manager I wouldn’t recommend living here
We moved into this apartment thinking everything was perfect at first, but living here for a year turned into one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had. We lived on the first floor, and during our very first weekend, at 2AM, the upstairs neighbors were vacuuming so loudly it sounded like it was happening inside our own apartment. My family and I have lived at Haven Warner Center for over five years, and we truly love it here. Vanessa, the manager, is so wonderful—always welcoming, responsive, and quick to help with anything we need. We love that the community is family-oriented, with kind neighbors who make it an even better place to live. We’re so grateful to be part of such a great environment.
Been living here for nearly 3 years now. Nice environment and very peaceful. Gym, pool and other shared facility always kept nice and clean.The manager Kimberly and her staff are wonderful and are always in top on things.
Haven Warner Center is a great place to call home in the Valley. The renting process was smooth and fast, and Vanessa and Natalia were incredibly supportive from the start, immediately resolving any concerns I had with the unit. All of the staff are kind and attentive. The location is amazing, close to a variety of restaurants, the Topanga Mall, and several schools, and it overall feels very safe.
