I bought hardwood from another source, but they ran out of stairnose. I contacted this company since I was told that they carry the same species. When I spoke to the sales rep, she insisted that I am not their customer and that she can not help me. What!? I told her that I could be her potential customer since she carries the same species. Large samples, great prices for wood and installation. I had great service and really friendly installers. I got Amazon Walnut in solid wood. Absolutely beautiful flooring and durable as well. i have had the floor for over six months now with two dogs. It holds up surprisingly well.Highly recommended!
I had a good experience with Americana Floors. Their large samples in the show room made selecting the perfect wood floor for my home a lot easier than looking at small sample boards on the wall. You get to feel how the floor will go with your furniture and wall colors right away. I got a very reasonable price on a close-out item that still comes with warranty.
