I've been working with American-Zyker for almost 10 years now, and have never had any issues. Most of my communication has been with Karen, and she's great to work with; always pleasant and responses to emails and phone calls are very timely. The folks on the repair and shipping side also take pride in their work, tools are always well packed to withstand UPS shipping and rarely have I had to send one back for re-work. Thank you for all you do for your customers, I'm looking forward to continuing our working relationship!
