From our meeting with Jeff, our consultant, to installation and cleanup, we received excellent, friendly and professional service. We love the new windows and would gladly recommend American Windows to anyone in the market.
This is our third experience with American Window and we've never been disappointed. They are always on time and neat in their work. The turnaround for custom work is very reasonable. Over the years, the products and installation have held up with no issues. We still have a door and a few windows to replace. American Window will get the job!
Very smooth process from the initial contact at a Home Show, to the Sales Consultation, to the installation. Jeff (Sales) and Joe (Installation) were very accessible via cell phone during the process with questions and an adjustment with trim color. Happy with the final installation.
Gave a good quote, honest assessment of the situation
Had all the windows of our small, very old house replaced by AWI while on a vacation. They did all 12 in a little over one day and the price was excellent. The windows look great and I can already tell the difference with our AC usage so the utility bills will surely be going down. They are very easy to communicate with and made everything extremely easy. I would definitely recommend.
