They came out quickly, very honest, did not end up having to do a mold test, they were honest enough to let me know they saw no evidence of mold so not necessary to do the expensive test

American Water Damage did an excellent job of taking care of water damage which happened on New Years Day. They dried the carpet and removed impacted carpet pad. They are very professional and responsive. We have used their services twice before and experienced the same high level of service.
