CHECK YOUR FAMILY!! Call lights not plugged in. What happens when someone needs help, pushes their call light, just to have it not plugged in because no one bothers to check. Staff was not versed in understanding Medical power of attorney rights of spouse of resident. When going to bimonthly health care plans for my wife, I was told I could not plan to bring my spouse home due to wording of medical power of attorney in her trust. After contacting an attorney it was determined that I did have the right to remove my wife from the facility without consent of my daughter who was improperly listed as a co-MPOA.
