They improperly install their shelving. Shelves that are made for heavy equipment were installed with only one bracket and one screw. They are completely negligent when installing your shelves.
I just ordered my 4th upfit from this company. They have always been great to work with, friendly, and fast. The products are great, and so is the installation. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, not “pushy” and will help you make the right decision based off your needs. Installation was fast and the quality of product for the price quoted was very fair. This was the first time our company used American Van and we were so impressed that we will be using them exclusively here on out. Rafael and George were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend these guys!
