No phone pay. Online 7.50$ charge for pay. Checks must be sent early; even if you sent it before the payment is due they will charge late fee for arriving late from post office for processing.

They get a bad rap from irresponsible individuals whom refuse to acknowledge utilities cost! It was abused while the owner's paid them all, now through a service for those owner's it hurts your pocket doesn't it? America has energy and water deficit because , of abuse! Abuse is illegal and someone will pay. Thank yourselves every time you deny receiving a bill. You know you should expect one or (ding ding ding) call and make a payment you know you owe it!

P-O-S business. The only company I deal with that charges a late fee regardless of when your letter is post-marked by. You'll see the bill was printed on a certain date, then you'll notice that you received the bill 5 days after the bill was printed, and then it's due 5 days later. There have been times when we've sent our bill out the day we received it and still incurred a late fee due to weather delays. On top of that, to avoid their bs mailing system, we tried to register online. $7.50 for a "convenience fee"!!! What the... read more
