Hi its 2018, Your $7.99 convenience fee to pay my water bill online to avoid the $10 late fee because i was waiting for my paycheck is asinine. I have to pay for money orders and or go get a check book to avoid this? I'd say get with the times but i'm sure you are doing it out of greed. I wish upon your company deserved karma.

What everyone has already said is completely true - literally the worst Utility Management company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Pay a fee for trash and its not even consistently dumped , over flowing all the time. But god for bid my bill be late. Fucking crooked company.
This company is a joke. I never thought I would actually have to pick and choose an apartment or condo based on whether they do business with a certain utility company. Amounts are made up, make you send a payment in... If you don't do it at least 14 days in advance they will pretend to hold it just to charge you late. They want you to go online and pay some garbage fee where I could ship my golf bag around the world twice. It's unbelievable that apartments or condos would even consider this trash company.
Wow. Unprofessional and rude every time. These people are horrible. Makes me nervous to send them payments.
