AU was my special life experience in 2006. Everything about being there was special .. every moment became unforgetable ... I felt D.C was my hometown .. and AU was my home ... of a big warm, loving and caring family ... It has been 11 years now ... I still wanna come back ... to feel its breeze on my face ... to smell the perfume of my memories ... We can not go back in time .. so make every moment amazingly special for you !
What an positive life-giving experience I had as a College student at American University. My major was elementary education and I taught at a Montessori school in St. Louis for 30 years. Those years were among the best years of my life!!! My grand-nephew Matthew is taking a tour of the campus. Excellent University....

An AU education is rooted in the values of public service across professions -- and is enhanced by the diverse citizens of the world who learn from each other here. The faculty is excellent, and many have practical experience in their fields. The campus is beautiful and vibrant. Many students are engaged both on campus and in the capital city. Illegal segregation of ALL WHITE STUDENTS at your school, huh? I'm sure your White students feel really special, huh. The hypocrisy and racism against White students there calls for a major investigation for violating their Civil Rights!
