I want to improv English language with America university and l love to visit it
Class of 65 SPA. Enjoyed a politically active student body. Attended SANE - ban the bomb rallies. Battled the Goldwater Republicans attempt to take control of the College Young Republicans. Had a Professor who ran forCongress and won. The student body was diverse. Most Professors were excellent. Washington Monument featured Joan Baez (anti-war), Norman Thomas - American Socialist Party rallies. Students in the 60’s were pro free speech. This university is RACIST as are many of the professors and provosts. AU actively harasses and oppresses students who are Black Americans, other American minorities, and brown skinned international students. Don't be fooled by AU's PR pictures that show lots of happy looking Black people- this place is actually toxic for Black people.
