I paid for premium service and after waiting 11/2hours for pickup they never showed up. I requested a refund several times and was told to write a letter requesting refund which I did. I never received a response or refund

From start to finish our driver was phenomenal. The reservation was easy to book with great response time. I will definitely be using them again in the near future! FYI our driver was Alejandro 😊
