Excellent staff, Jerry Winne was very kind and walked me through the whole process of buying a unused trailer. I walked in clueless and fell very confident with my purchase. Stop in and check them out. Highly recommend with no reservations.
The customer service was awful! I had a scheduled meeting with the sales person. He didn't even greet the guest, hold open a door or give insight in the product. He acted as the customer didn't matter. At that moment, I should have walked out the door and shop elsewhere. The paperwork was incorrect and missing information. I had to deal with the bank directly after the purchase to correct the dealerships mistake also the title was not correct. Very good service. Went in not knowing what part I needed was called but Brian and Duane at the counter described it to a T and new exactly what I was talking about. Very knowledgeable parts and service department. Would recommend American trailer mart to anyone looking for good parts and service with friendly people.
Worst experience ever! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The ball has been dropped numerous times during and after the purchase of our trailer by several people at American Trailer Mart. No one went over our contract with us, they failed to obtain all the proper paperwork and information from us at the time of the sale, then blamed us for that. They took a week to file the paperwork for our plate. 3 weeks after our temporary plate has expired, we are still waiting on our plate. No one knows where the p... read more
