Stopped in here after having a very bad experience at a different local trailer place. I didn't buy my trailer here and have never stopped in here before. Josh Simmons in the service department was incredibly eager to help me with an electrical issue. He was very busy with customers, but I patiently waited and he came outside and diagnosed and fixed my issue within a few minutes. Advised me on a better drop hitch and I was on my way. Jon helped my husband and I get a new trailer for our ATV, Good prices and great customer service made it a great experience from start to finish.
they were quick to answer and quick to put me on hold for 30 minutes. after someone finally picked up they couldn't answer my question, about a trailer, and put me back on hold for another 30 minutes at which point I hung up and took my business down the street to Forbes trailers. they answered the phone addressed my questions an earned my business and my money. If you don't believe me call American Trailer right now and see how long you sit on hold before someone answers, it's a joke.
They were 25% less than competitors. Jerry worked within my budget, explained options without being pushy. Great guy highly recommend talking to him if you're in the market for a quality trailer.

Started my own business a few years back and was time for a new trailer - my salesman Jerry made the entire process easy. He broke down all my options and helped me make the best choice for my needs. The trailer I wanted wasn't on the lot and was custom made for me. Jerry timeline of me taking delivery of it was spot on. The service was great there a few flaws I have found in the craftsmanship of the trailer but overall very pleased
