Took my car in for an oil change and brake inspection, ended up needing rear brakes. I told them to go ahead and do the brakes if they had time, the guy said sure, "no problem" He calls me at least 2 hours later asking if they could keep my car that night, all Sunday, and it would be ready Monday morning.
