Worst service ever. I came in for an oil change and they offered to rotate my tires. When I come back to pick up my truck they let me know I have a screw struck in my tire. Hello I'm at a tire store why didn't you call me to at least to ask about getting it patched up. Unbelievable. The service has gone down here. I will never return. I will not recommend my family or friends to every return to this so call business.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received! I been reading what people are writing and it's the same thing they said to me! The manager I have no idea how the owner could have hired him. He has no solutions to any problems a customer may have! They cheat you out of your money and pretend that your dumb and that you have no clue what your talking about. Worst tire place EVER! The wait is ridiculous even when you come in with an appointment. They don't honor their warrantee and some of the workers are jerks! Plus they stole my headsets do not recommend this place and will not be returning! #unsatifiedcustomer
Shady shady shady and I still don't like my tires! Go somewhere else!
This place has recommended, on multiple occasions, replacement parts for our vehicles that weren't needed. We have a friend who is a mechanic and would check out the vehicles after they recommend things and he has always told us what this place recommended wasn't needed. Don't trust this place, get a second opinion.
