Excellent service! Travis was there when expected and did a thorough job on our home! I am glad we chose a locally owned family business for our pest control needs.
Very disappointed with this firms performance and behavior. We called twice to get a repeat treatment against spiders. During the second telephone call speaking with the owner, he had the nerve to insult my intelligence with reminding me that we do live in Arkansas. In the process of making an appointment for another visit. I terminated them. For $90 per visit, I am upset our spider problem was not better. I do not recommend this company due to their inability to resolve the problem and the treatment of their customers.
