Awful!! They won’t allow a even exchange, yet my boyfriend was allowed to exchange a hat he bought within hours of buying it. I came in with a skirt and the young lady at the front wouldn’t allow it plus she never asked to see the merchandise, which I still had the tags and my receipt. Plus she never answers the phone , and claims the phone is down, which is also a lie. I need to find the owner! quickly because I depend on this store at times for vintage clothing, considering they’re the least expensive in the whole city!. S
