We had some drainage issues and bouncing subfloor issues and called American Structure among others. Americans Structure offered the best value for the dollar and the work was outstanding. Excellent materials, excellent workmenship and the workers were pleasant to deal with . Highly recommend their services.

American Structure Inc is so amazing, I was uncertain with the home I was going into contract with and they came out and did a free estimate. Everything was looking good with my new home, I had them install french drains so my backyard would not flood with water. There prices are reasonable and I could not be more pleased with the work they did for me. I will be using them in the future!

We are VERY pleased with ASR. The estimator came out promptly shortly after I called. The craftsman they employ are proud of their work and it shows. The worksite was picked up at the end of the day and they maintained a safe worksite. There was no trash left on the ground. We HAD structural issues, but we certainly don't now. They also did the foundation work for an anticipated addition to the house. I would highly recommend ASR for work you need.

My Home Was Sold Thanks To Them!!!!! My husband and I were trying to list our house for sale and had an engineer inspect our home. The engineer explained that before listing it we had to take care of some serious cracking in our foundation. We were so scared and intimidated by such a huge project. Our Hot Springs residence had a sloping wall and heavy cracking. American Structure Repair came to the rescue and carefully examined our foundation to discover the root cause of the problem. The level of engineering expertise and experience really showed with this contractor. They were fast, fair and honest. And most of all they were compassionate towards our problems. I would highly recommend hiring American Structure Repair!

I had some French drains and surface catch basins installed in front area of home. I previously had water puddling in front of house and water flooding my garage to the point where it would get into my laundry room, it was a disaster. Since the installation of both drainage systems I haven't had any issues with water. Their customer service was GREAT. very professional. I needed foundation repair work done at my mother's house and Out of the three companies that I called, American structure was the only company that spent over an hour crawling and inspecting under my house and they took measurements and photos. They did a thorough inspection and explained not only the existing damage to my foundation but the cause of it, which happened to be bad drainage. ASR was referred to me by my local church. They recently Added gutters to the front and back of my home. I had previously called a dozen companies and were all overpriced. I am so happy I chose ASR because they were reasonably priced and done in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again!
