I have been a patient for many years. My copay is $65. Never missed a payment. On my visit on 10/2 in Temecula, only about $44 could be payed from my card. I asked if I could pay the remainder on the 15th when I get paid again. I was told no. So you are losing $65 for this visit and hundreds more on future visits because you couldn't wait 13 days for $21. Karmin Nissan may care about his patients but obviously that is not the same for American Spine. Disgusting.
