Tried to contact multiple times in the last three months for inverter questions/ relocation, left multiple messages with multiple people “never return phone call.” No customer service after Installation.

The solar system works great when it actually works. The company lacks in communication skills, but they do great work. My solar system is under a year old and it broke down. Currently working on fixing the issue, but warranty promises haven't been met and the lack of communication isn't helping. Will update later on fix and if the company has some type of reimbursement for the loss of productivity from the system failing within the year.
