Company has continued to call and harrass me every day for months now. Sometimes they call 3+ times per day. Calls have continued despite being put on the do-not-call list. Do not do business with these scammers.

RecommendedAmerican Solar is a great and upstanding company! I had a roof leak and American Solar worked with me to locate it AND repair it. They went above and beyond to stand behind their product and even corrected the other roofer's mistake in an effort to help me. pay your bills. this company is a scam
they never finished my install. from August. they do not reply to attempts to contact them. do not use this company.

The communication with this company sucks. I have a home that has one of their systems on it. All I asked for was info on the system, warranty, operation. Rude rude Rude, would not give me squat. Acted like I had no business calling them. Told me it was not their problem that they sold the system to Taylor Morrison and I needed to contact them. Never use this company for anything
Answer phone calls I would not recommend this company to pick up my dog’s poop.
I never had communication problems like the last 2 months. I have very little follow-up and it's really frustrating. I've needed to follow-up on warranty claims due to a faulty converter since last year (fixed but now not working again) and I've been trying to get it serviced for the last 2 months and here we are...still waiting. Please just follow-up in a reasonable timeframe.
