I had a GREAT experience with American Sleep Medicine. The facility was very clean and I felt very at home. The staff was friendly and took great care of me throughout my stay. I would highly recommend American Sleep Medicine. Everyone at American Sleep Medicine made the process painless.
I had a sleep study done about a month ago and I was so impressed! They called me and got me in right away. My technician was professional and very knowlegeable. The Center was clean and inviting. I had a king size bed and a private bathroom and shower to myself! All around American Sleep Medicine did a great job and really made me feel comfortable!
From the moment I walked into the door, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile, asked me if I would like some water, and told me that they were going to take good care of me. Within five minutes, the Medical Director greeted me for my consultation. Within 5 days, I was able to have my sleep study completed & recieved my results. I had no idea that my sleep apnea was so severe. I have now been using my treatment for 2 months & feel like a new person. I am very thankful to this company!
My husband and I were both seen at this facility. They aranged it so that we had adjacent rooms with our own bathroom & showers. Our RPSGT technicians really made us feel welcome, were well trained, and explained the process clearly!
I was so pleased with the care that I received at American Sleep Medicine. They are always willing to answer all of my questions. In my profession, it is so imperative that I recieve good quality sleep...thanks to them, I DO!!!
The US Navy diagnosed me with sleep apnea. They gave me a machine and sent me home. I had to bring the card for the machine back in a month. They adjusted the air a few times and said I was ok. I still had problems sleeping and waking up at night gasping for air. I heard about American Sleep Medicine on 6555 Ruffin Rd in San Diego and Doctor DeSilva. they have poor costumer service skills...they are liars..the doc is always in a hurry...the assistant and representative are so lazy and say you need to call billing department yourself...dont waster your time...go to a different place..im disappointed.
Very friendly staff and fast and efficient service.
