Zeke and Jonah were great! They go our alarm system running beautifully and quickly! It’s also very user friendly and Jonah spent time showing me how to access the system through the app and answering all my questions! Highly recommend!!
I had a disappointing experience with this company. They came out and provided an estimate that was five times higher than the average quotes I received from other fire monitoring companies. They quoted $187 per month for monitoring, while the standard rate in this area is around $40 per month. What concerned me even more was that they attempted to justify a $25,000 system replacement using what they called “updated” fire marshal guidelines. Zeke came to us in 2005 while our Daycare was still under construction and he and his ever experienced staff at American Sentinal remain by our side. Working together we’ve had to overcome some hurdles to survive this crazy small business world. Kudos to his office manager she is by far one of the most pleasant individuals I have ever worked with.
