Worst dealerships! All about how much they can "con" out of customers. From the extra fees to the junk (and forced) extended warranties. They have you apply for credit there so they can see how much the bank approves the loan for. Then, they use that for the numbers of the fees and extras.
I bought my 2021 harley davidson tri glide cvo in October 2021at orlando harleydavidson, i bought the extended warranty for it. I have a problem with my bike needs a new wiring harness, i have contacted your dealership multiple times and lakeland harley davidson contacted your dealership multiple times to get my extended warranty going. I get hung up on no return calls same with lakeland harley davidson this whole experience is very stressful. The communication stinks, i want my bike fixed been there for 3 months waiting.
This place and all of the chain stores that they own up the east coast make me sick. Calling me, harassing me over a bike that I don't want to purchase. I email them to stop contacting me and Janeisha Virello had the nerve to have attitude with ME. Please conduct yourself better. Ignorant group. I will NEVER purchase a bike from you or your company. Then when you want to speak to a manager/ they tell you oh they are busy. Disgusting. 0 stars if I could.
Owner is greedy. Employees expected to do alot of work for zero compensation unless they make a sale. Ever wonder why they run your credit before they give you a price? This Group makes the Harley Davidson brand look bad!
