Best Urgent Care I have ever been to! Attentive, sweet staff, such a smooth and positive experience! Doctor Theresa was amazing, she really took her time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions, never once I felt rushed, like some other places make you feel. Also front desk (I think her name is Joselyn) went above and beyond to call my primary care and ensure I am properly taken care of. X Ray tech was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
I was seen here for my migraines. The wait time generally isn’t long even when it’s busy. The office smells fresh like a lemon scented Lysol and I have seen staff disinfect the lobby regularly. I got a shot of toradol and promethazine to help with the migraine and felt brand new. I noticed they have X ray on site which is convenient for those who don’t want to go through the hassle of going to the emergency department if injured. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wow! This is not your typical Urgent Care facility. I would give it tens stars if I could. Super clean facility, awesome polite folks working there and most importantly wonderful compassionate care. Thank you for opening this clinic in Rancho Cordova. Ralph
I went there with the shoulder injury. When I was seen. They wrote a referral and took an x ray. Which is standard for the injury. The problem is it took over a month. Multiple phone calls to get the. Referral and x ray sent outside of that office. I don't know if it's disorganization or poor management, but they've got issues there. You'll get your bill faster than your doctor will get the Referral.
I showed them my fidelis care card and they also refused me to measure my blood pressure… Or I need to pay 200 $ just for measure… It’s the fact, how the most powerful country in the world care the people… The Health Uncare system in US daily kill a lot of people… And I can die any time now with my pressure, in case my measure tool is not wrong… Why a pay taxes ?!?!?! For what ?!?!?! 300 BL $ sent to Ukraine and we die here, can’t measure a blood pressure ?!?!?! U a killing me now, at his moment and I can they any help !!!... read more
