Best Urgent Care I have ever been to! Attentive, sweet staff, such a smooth and positive experience! Doctor Theresa was amazing, she really took her time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions, never once I felt rushed, like some other places make you feel. Also front desk (I think her name is Joselyn) went above and beyond to call my primary care and ensure I am properly taken care of. X Ray tech was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
Wow! This is not your typical Urgent Care facility. I would give it tens stars if I could. Super clean facility, awesome polite folks working there and most importantly wonderful compassionate care. Thank you for opening this clinic in Rancho Cordova. Ralph
This is my go to spot for urgent care. Everyone that works here are so pleasant and professional. Never a long wait time and they are very transparent and competent. Even though it's a bit farther than others from where I live, I don't mind the long drive if I'm getting the best care that can be provided for me. ☺️
Great experiences both times I have gone there. Really a great and convenient facility, and they are very thorough and accurate in figuring your problem and how to best remedy it.
The staff is friendly, professional and work in a timely manner to get everything taken care of. The facility is up-kept well and the music adds a calm, relaxing feel to the ambiance. They have appointments available to make the process easier. Thank you for your hard work!
