Today we had an appointment with Dr. Philip. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Philip and your entire wonderful team! A special thank you to all the ladies who helped us with translation and supported us throughout the appointment. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and kindness. When it comes to a young child, it's not always easy to convince them to cooperate during an examination or procedure, but you always know how to make them feel comfortable, and that's truly amazing.
Very neat waiting area and rooms. The nurses were all very kind, helpful, and patient with various questions. Their careful with the childs safety. Doctor there was very nice and professional. My niece didn't experience any extra stress. They have some books and toys for the children to play with during waiting time. Just heads up that appointments are recommended and if you're not the childs official guardian you'd need a paper to allow to take the child to be seen.
