This is one of the best places I have ever lived it. I rented here when I got married and it has been amazing living here. The community is nice and quiet, the parking is protected and reserved and the complex is very clean and beautiful. It is across the street from American River College and close to target and smart and final. The manager Laquita is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. "**Awful Experience at this apartment, unfortunately had a very negative experience. often taking weeks to address urgent issues. management stuff changes regularly, you will find a new manager every 2 or 3 months. To make matters worse, I encountered rats multiple times in my apartment. Living with constant pest problems created a stressful environment, making it difficult to feel comfortable in my own home. I would not recommend this apartments to anyone looking for a safe and well-managed living space."
This is truly one of the worst apartments i’ve lived in, i’ve live in here for over 6 years and never again! they have been though 8 mangers while i’ve been there, they don’t listen to your needs and repairs when needed! there is cockroaches and rats here ain’t nothing done about it, the mangers when they do have one doesn’t even know anything or how much things are and how to actually work in management! This is very bad location for living managers is very bad, and very dirty also manager is contact with tow company.
