First of my many complaints is everybody is speaking fillipino(including supervisor's) around already confused older resident's. The staff is rude,lazy,and neglected my auntie on a daily basis. Every time I would visit my auntie she would be sittining in her own urine for who knows how long while nursing staff was busy playing on their cell phones. Crestwood manor is no place to send family members who are "sick" and I wouldn't recommend this facility to my worst enemy
