They missed a great deal of damage. AR came across as cutting corners to collect insurance money. I would not recommend their service. I had to hire a professional contractor to review all the damage AR missed and had to redo the insurance estimate. At its end, had American Restoration done the work they said was needed, and because they missed so many repairs, it would have cost us an additional $40, 000 in further repairs.
RecommendedThey are wonderful! They guided my daughter and I throughly the entire process of drying after a improper installation of a dish washer flooded 3 rooms. They effectively communicate with you during every aspect. I highly recommend them.
We recently had water damage to our hardwood floors that originated from a pipe under our house leaking. When American Restoration was contacted they promptly responded and began the drying out process. The technicians were always on time when they came to check the dryers each day and were a pleasure to deal with. Finished basement flooded due to storm. They were prompt, professional and friendly. Their pricing was very fair. I highly recommend.

This professional team responded to my call within 30 minutes! They had water damage cleaned up in a few hours. The staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly, prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. Every step was explained to me in detail. They handled everything with my homeowners insurance so I didn’t have to. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
