Super unhelpful. Wait on hold for 15 minutes for an “after hours emergency number to answer (during normal business hours) letting me know they can do nothing and to call back later. This is days of this nonsense. Not sure if this is how a business should run
Manny has been by far the most helpful personnel in store and Kyle is the most knowledgeable person in ARS. if items are not are available, staff personnel will go above and beyond to get a universal part to keep going with you day. EXTREMELY RECOMMEND THIS ARS LOCATION !
