Everyone was very pleasant and proficient. I signed up for the appointment through a link that promised a $15 Amazon card if donation was made April 1-13. My appointment was on the 5th and now four days later, no gift card. I don’t give for the gift, so I won’t call to complain about it, you can only call, emails are not accepted, but I have found this organization does not follow through on comments and requests.
