While the wait time can sometimes be long after you check in the staff are super friendly and fast once you get in the chair.
First time donating blood today! I had an appointment and was done in about an hour. Everyone I interacted with, from front desk to the nurse/tech was friendly and kind. I’ll return to this location. Also, there’s free on-site parking, a huge perk for navigating downtown DC!
