Very impressed. Kind and jovial staff that made the process easy and enjoyable. Easy appointment process online and easy check-in process. Place is clean and staff takes good care of you.
August 2025 Update: Gave this location another try after a bad experience 4 months ago. Power red appointment at 8:30. I was seen right away. The whole process was completed by 9:40. Everyone was friendly and were very attentive to all the donors. This place gets busy. Book an early weekday appointment, have your Rapid pass ready, show up on time and it should be a good experience.
what’s the point of an appointment if they’re still going to make you wait an hour to be seen?
I don't have the largest sample size for blood donation (I've only completed around 8); however, this has been my worst experience thus far. Nothing dramatic happened but there were enough annoying instances such as being told to look a certain direction while my blood pressure was being taken (I'd rather look at the person doing it to see if they are doing it correctly, which is wasn't.
