I made an appointment to donate plasma and drove all the way to the Midtown office on the day of the appointment. When I arrived, the staff told me the plasma machine was not working. I would have appreciated a call alerting me to the broken machine before driving to the donation center. On the positive side, the staff was kind and apologized.
