Wonderful, attentive staff. Went there, gave platelets, got a t-shirt!
I want to start out by saying I donated blood here last month and had an excellent experience! Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience trying to donate platelets this morning. I am contacted by the Red Cross via email almost daily to donate, so I set up my appointment for this morning. I understand the appointment takes two hours for the platelet donation. This location has unprofessional, lazy inconsiderate staff. I have donated multiple times is the past. The past 2 experiences have been awful. This past time I was told that blood type is not compatible with the donation I was trying to give. How is it not compatible this time but compatible the previous times? Incompetent staff that needs additional training. I would advise going other places
