So much BS to try to give blood. Everything says they are open today so I rescheduled my whole day to donate blood. I get there and find out they're closed. No indication on Google and you have to dive deep into the website to find out that they are not open. You think the administrators of the Red Cross would do better at communicating hours and making it easier for people to donate so they can make millions of dollars off of free blood. I will never even attempt to give blood at a Red Cross again.
Everyone was professional and friendly. The process was seamless and quick.
The staff is so nice
I turned 18 not that long ago… (4 months ago!) and I wanted to make a donation that helped save a life! I heard they were doing a collab with the Peanuts, and I saw the shirts so needed to snag them! This was the first time I ever donated! The staff was really nice and helpful to me! Kendra Jones (my memory has faded a lil) but her last name was jones! Kept me company throughout the whole process! Thanks so much! I’ll try coming more often! It was quick and easy! Less painful than I thought hehe- ☺️
