No complaints here, nice and clean facility to donate. Everyone is professional and very friendly.
These people are chill and attentive. They have become friends after a few visits.
Booking appointments with the app is so easy and never gave me any problems, the staff here are very friendly and always make sure you are doing okay. After donating you can grab a snack and some water to recover fluids. When donating plasma you can watch a movie during the 2/2.5 hour process. They have a lot of streaming platforms to choose from.
As much as I dread going into or through ghetto Murfreesboro this Red Cross location was awesome. Parking is tight but the staff is kind and it was a great experience! Probably the least painful jab for donating blood ever! Thanks!
