They don't honor their rental agreement contract as per Texas Realtors rental leasing and property management contract. I have had to opportunity to deal with two individuals from the aforementioned property management company who were professional at all aspects of the process. Ms Salas and Ms La Faye. The co-owner of the company, Mr. Beebe wanted to have a Tele conference with me which I agreed to with a witness present. Before we could start, he asked who my witness was.
