They don't have a good system to manage the business at all. The maintenance person charged the money from the tanent from the toilet cover seat without any explanation of the cost and also overcharge. Toilet cover seat from the target is aroud$20, the management team charged $82 and no receipt for the tanent. I don't know about the owner of the building will know about dirty business or not.
