Long story short everyone go search for me on KVUE that’s affiliated with abc news out in Austin Tx. I’ve made news headlines with ARA cause they kept billing me the thousands instead of Medicaid for months for imaging my baby had done when he was in the NICU. It took ARA about 2 business days to act with Medicaid and me. Incompetent in billing! I paid my bill, and they require proof in order to resolve that they did not receive payment.
Truly a nightmarish outfit incapable of amending billing errors, and fast to turn accounts to collections. Sincerely hope their professional services of interpreting test results are higher quality than their billing protocols. Hospitals, physicians, and surgeons should pay attention to the reviews. The only reason for the one star is because it's not possible to give less.
I have nothing positive to say about American Radiology Associates or Dr. Joshua Clayton. I was not allowed to speak with Dr. Clayton about the results of my mammogram . American Radiology Associates states it is not their policy to speak with the patient about their results but the patient’s doctor may call and speak to Dr. Clayton about results of the mammogram.
