I had to break my lease early because I had a restraining order situation that made it necessary for me to move for my safety. I explained the circumstances to Micheal with restraining order in hand. I am so thankful for this property management company. I currently had my AC go out. I reached out to them as I am currently renting one of their properties and they right away got on top of getting my situation taken care of. They got me a hotel for the week which is awesome. It’s been a really great experience so far. Michael has treated us really well. My son and I have been trying for a while to find a home and that is what Michael helped us find. It’s awesome and it is just that; a home. I really appreciate his help and the help of all the staff there at American Property Management. Renting with Michael was a quick experience my apartment was ready quickly after my deposit was paid and he makes sure things are fixed when I'm having any trouble with the apartment
