These guys are scammers. For me, they used a house that’s unavailable to gain two application fees. After receiving the fees, they said that I was approved, but that the house that I applied for was no longer available. Several hours later, the listing was updated as still available. I tried to resolve the issue, but they continued to tell me that the house was actually unavailable. The first time they lied and said it had been leased by another individual. I was very impressed with Gaby at The Meadows apartments in Tacoma. She was friendly, helpful and took the time to answer all my questions.
This company is engaged in illegal practices and dosen't respond to inquiries by tenant's when they try to bring it to there attention
I drove all the way to Bellevue for an in person interview. The company failed to tell me that they only hire people that live 30 miles from the site. So disappointing......
Their on-site manager were the best trained in the State of Utah, with superior upper management in Seattle.
