BEWARE!!! I would strongly caution renters to document everything when dealing with American Property Management. My family rented at River Trail Apartments in Puyallup, WA, which is managed by American Property Management. Shortly after move-in, we experienced serious moisture-related issues in the unit. The flooring felt damp/sticky, and personal belongings became damp and damaged, including mattresses and furniture. The move-in process was smooth at The Quarry in Hillsboro, OR, organized, and stress-free. The team was responsive, professional, and made sure all of my questions were answered before move-in day. Everything was clearly communicated, and the staff went above and beyond to make the transition into my new home easy. It's refreshing to work with a management company that values customer service and creates such a positive resident experience. Highly recommend!

The management team is friendly, professional, and always responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance.
