Horrible Experience A year ago, my other two roommates and I used this agency to look for a place to live. We got an apartment but had the worst experience ever. Whenever we asked them to send someone out to do repairs/maintenance on our unit it was always such a huge hassle and sometimes they never got around to it. Also, when we left before 1 year was up (because we were so fed up) they tried to charge us a huge breach of contract fee. Our contract was month to month!! Are you kidding me?!
Horrible mean management company Horrible company. They were so rude to me and my family! They took over managing my place and withing weeks I received a very rude phone call and two letters about how I was 'breaking their rules.' The secretary that called me was so disrespectful and snooty. They sent all of us tenants this letter that they are now the kings of these properties and you have to sign a new lease, and they want to come push their way into the place to inspect it. better than some, worse than others... No-nonsense company but certainly doesn't go out of their way to be helpful, even when things were broken and dirty during my move-in inspection. They are cost-conscious to the point I spent several months with things in disrepair before reporting them, just in case they forced me to pay-- which did happen on one occasion even though it was not my fault. They are more concerned about the owner's profit than tenant's comfort.
