Bought new mower to today. Never have I ever had a more enjoyable time buying it. Communicated with Ryan email and phone answered all my questions ( even the stupid ones ) found time to visit American Pride Power Equipment met with Ryan and within half hour deal was done delivery scheduled and traveling back home. I was sold the wrong part which caused issues for my weed trimmer. Then they re-sold me the right part so I was gonna end up paying for both the parts however they refunded me the money for the new part. I didn’t care too much about it, but it was the principal of charging me for their error and maintaining me as their customer. I have to say I’m very satisfied that they did this.
