Machine's buttons stopped working after 1-2 minutes, added time and still didn't work, been here multiple times and first time having this issue. No one was there to help, a guy who didn't speak english said he worked there but basically walked away. Customer lost
Waste of money. You could not even tell that I had been through the car wash as I pulled out and looked. I guess I’ll have to call Spiffy to come to my place of employment and wash my car.
Stole My Money: I puchased 2 carwashes under a "buy 2 get 1 free" offer. The machine process the charge on my credit card. My receipt said "Failed to get code." The carwash never started. Then I called the phone number for refunds, which simply had an auto-message "Cannot process at this time." There was no way to leave a message. I'll be pursuing this further with the Better Business Bureau & appropriate regulatory agencies. DO NOT USE this car wash!
