I called this plumber at noon on Sunday with the problem of my kitchen and bathroom sink backing up. It was slow draining earlier in the week; but I work 6 days a week and couldn’t miss work to have someone out. Sunday I started dishes in the morning and both sinks started backing up almost overflowing! Called for information on plumbing help and was treated very poorly, The man had attitude and tone and was clearly uninterested in what I had to say.
I am very pleased with his service. Very kind, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. My call was answeredl right way and he came to my house in a heart beat. I’m haveing a big issue at my house with plumbing. When I called the guy was very rude and when I told him I lived in Seminole he said he won’t help and hung up on me. Piss poor customer service.
