Mitch was outstanding. Clean cut, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. Took one look at my irrigation line and said "No problem" and went to work. Start to finish was less than 30 minutes and my water was flowing better than it had in years! He will be the first on my list to call in the future.

Excellent service overall for Boise/Meridian area. We had a garbage disposal problem and I called to get a plumber. The answering service was very professional and accommodated the timeline I needed to have the plumber arrive. Phone calls later confirmed a good time and the plumber arrived promptly. He was knowledgeable and explained the problem, solution and gave us the quote for work. Within 30 minutes, our problem was solved. We also like that the work is guaranteed for 6 months!

We are buying a North End Boise home and called to have Roto Rooter inspect the sewer line from the house out to the main line. They were able to schedule quickly, scoped the line and gave me a video on an USB drive of what they saw. We were then able to take that video back to the seller to negotiate on what needed to be done. Mitch was very thorough and knowledgeable. Plus - Roto Rooter always has coupons online you can apply toward service!

We sold our North End home and as part of the inspection contingency, we had agreed to have our sewer line cleaned out and have RootX put into the line before the new owners moved in. Working on a timeline because of our upcoming closing date, Roto Rooter was able to schedule with me for next-day service! They came on time and completed the task. All taken care of! Plus, I had gotten quotes from two other plumbing companies in Boise/Meridian and Roto Rooter beat their prices.

I had water in my basement, and was not certain of the source. I called Roto Rooter, they were prompt and diagnosed the problem quickly. Apparently my water heater was the issue. Which is no surprise as it was old in water heater years!!! Tyler, my plumber was great, he quoted me a price and worked hard to get the job done very quickly, all accomplished in an afternoon! Had called another company but they could not come out until Thursday (4 days) so called Roto-Rooter from the yellow pages. Made the appt for today between 330 - 5pm. Called to let us know the technician would be able to come earlier if that was ok - and it was! We had a small leak under the kitchen sink we thought at best a washer or small crack, at worst a pipe replacement. Turns out is was leaking from the disposal. Fortunately our technician Keith Braun 056/Boise had one and was able to fix it pretty quickly! Very polite... read more

I am very happy with the service from Roto-Rooter. From the time I contacted them for service, they were courteous and service-oriented. Wayne was very timely and polite. He explained cost before pumping my septic tank and did a great job. I would definitely use this company again.
